Free tool, no sign-up
Forty parents, forty messages, one evening saved.
Paste the marks sheet from Excel. This works out each child's total, percentage and rank, fills them into your message, and gives you a Send button per parent. You still send from your own number, so it lands like a normal personal message.
- Free, forever
- No account needed
- Marks never leave your device
Paste the marks sheet
Open your Excel sheet, select the rows including the header, copy, and paste below. Keep one column for the student name, one for the parent's mobile, and one column per subject. Any number of subjects is fine.
Check the columns
We guess which column holds the name and which holds the mobile. A column of ten digit numbers is almost always the mobile. Correct it here if we got it wrong. Every other column is treated as a subject.
Write the message
Pick a starting point, then edit it. Tap a field button to drop it into the message at the cursor.
{subjects} prints every subject and its marks on its own line. {rank} is the rank within the batch you pasted, worked out from the totals.
Why one at a time, and not a broadcast list
A WhatsApp broadcast list only reaches people who have saved your number in their contacts. Everyone else is dropped silently, and you are never told. That is why institutes end up sending one message at a time.
This tool keeps that method but removes the typing. Each Send button opens WhatsApp with the message already written for that parent, from your own number.

Send
Tap Send on WhatsApp for each parent. WhatsApp opens with the message ready, and you press send there.
Nothing is uploaded
The marks sheet is read by your own browser and never sent to us. There is no account, no server and no storage. Close the tab and it is gone.
Marks are personal to a child. Send them to that child's parent only, never to a group.
