Terms and conditions
These terms govern the use of this website, the EnrollUp LMS and SPRM subscriptions, and the services we deliver to institutes.
Last updated: 20 July 2026
1. Who these terms are with
This website and the EnrollUp products and services are provided by EnrollUp, a division of Kwickprep Education Services LLP, which also trades as Kwickprep. EnrollUp is not a separate company. Our registered office is D 1009, Titanium City Centre, Near Sachin Towers, 100 Ft. Ring Road, Anandnagar, Satellite, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India – 380015.
By using this website you accept these terms. If you subscribe to our software or engage us for services, these terms apply together with your signed quotation or order form and, where one applies, our master service agreement. Where a signed document conflicts with these terms, the signed document prevails for that engagement.
2. Scope
We provide two different kinds of thing, and they work differently.
Subscription software
The EnrollUp LMS and SPRM are licensed, not sold. A subscription grants your institute a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the platform for its own internal business and educational operations during the subscription term, with the modules named in your quotation enabled.
Services
Websites, SEO, social media management, digital advertising, branding and content, and bespoke development are delivered as defined work under a written scope. Deliverables, timelines and fees are those set out in the accepted quotation.
3. Pricing and quotations
No prices are published on this website. All pricing, subscription and services alike, is by written quotation. Subscriptions are priced per institute and depend on size, modules and usage, which is why we quote after a discovery call rather than listing a rate.
A quotation is valid for the period stated on it. We may revise subscription fees on renewal, with notice before the renewal date.
4. Payment
- All payments are in Indian Rupees (INR).
- We accept net banking, UPI, cash and cheque.
- GST is added as applicable.
- Fees are payable on the schedule set out in your quotation.
- Recurring subscriptions renew automatically and continue until cancelled.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid term.
6. Users who are minors
Users who are minors must have the permission of a parent or guardian to use this website and our services, and must be supervised by that parent or guardian while doing so.
7. Your responsibilities
- Accurate data. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you and your staff enter into the platform.
- Lawful use. You must use the platform in line with applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
- Parent consent. Where the platform holds data about a person under 18, you are the Data Fiduciary. Obtaining and recording the consent of the parent or lawful guardian is your responsibility, not ours. The same applies to consent for WhatsApp and other messaging you send through the platform. Our platform is built to help you meet your obligations. It does not make you compliant, and compliance remains yours.
- Logins. You must keep credentials confidential, issue accounts only to people who need them, remove access promptly when staff leave, and tell us at once if you suspect an account is compromised. Activity under your accounts is treated as yours.
- Cooperation. Services depend on you supplying content, approvals and access reasonably promptly. Delays on your side move timelines.
8. Intellectual property
The platform, its source code, design, documentation, our website content and all improvements remain our property or that of our licensors. Nothing in a subscription transfers ownership of the software to you. Your subscription is a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the platform for your own internal business use.
ENROLLUP is a registered trademark. You may not use our name, logo or trademark without our written permission, except to state factually that you use the platform.
Content you upload (your student records, study material, branding and text) remains yours. You grant us only the licence needed to host and process it in order to run the service for you.
For services deliverables, ownership of the agreed final deliverables passes to you on full payment, except for our pre-existing tools, frameworks and components, and any third-party or licensed assets, which remain under their own licences.
9. Acceptable use
You must not, and must not permit anyone to:
- Resell, sublicense or provide the platform as a service to another institute without our written agreement.
- Copy, decompile or reverse engineer the platform, or attempt to extract its source code.
- Upload unlawful, infringing or harmful content, or malware.
- Probe, scan or attempt to breach security, or access another tenant's data.
- Send unsolicited bulk messages, or messaging that breaches platform or telecom rules.
- Place a load on the service that degrades it for others.
We may suspend access without notice where use threatens the security, integrity or lawful operation of the service, and will tell you why as soon as we reasonably can.
10. Third-party services
The platform integrates third-party services, including WhatsApp Cloud API and Meta for messaging, payment gateways for collections, AI providers for optional AI features, and hosting and infrastructure providers. Those services have their own terms and policies, which you must comply with. We are not responsible for their availability, pricing changes or policy decisions, though we will tell you when a change affects you.
11. Where data is processed
Some of our processing happens in India and some happens outside it. We do not claim that all data stays in India, because that would not be true. Our privacy policy names every sub-processor we use and states where each one processes data, including which features are optional and can be left switched off.
12. Availability and support
We aim to keep the platform available at all times, but we do not promise uninterrupted service and we do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee. Planned maintenance is scheduled outside teaching hours wherever possible and notified in advance. Unplanned downtime is communicated as we work on it.
Support is available Monday to Saturday, 9 AM – 7 PM IST, by email at grow@enrollup.in and by phone. We respond to email within one working day. Where a specific service level or response time has been agreed in writing, including under an annual maintenance contract, that agreement applies.
13. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of goodwill, or loss or corruption of data to the extent it arises from your own acts, omissions or failure to maintain your own copies.
Our total liability arising out of or in connection with an engagement is limited to the amount paid by you to us in the six months before the claim arose. We do not state a separate fixed rupee ceiling, so the limit always tracks what you actually paid us.
The platform is a tool for running your institute. Academic, financial and admissions decisions remain yours.
14. Term, termination and exit
Subscriptions run for the term stated in your quotation and renew as set out there. Either party may end a subscription at the end of the current term by giving written notice before the renewal date. Either party may terminate for material breach that is not remedied within thirty days of written notice.
On termination your access ends and outstanding fees fall due. You retain ownership of your content and data, and you may request an export of it, which we will provide in a standard format such as Excel. The specific export and deletion terms that apply to your account are set out in your own agreement with us.
15. Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other's non-public commercial and technical information confidential, use it only for the engagement, and protect it with at least the care it uses for its own confidential information.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our services and the law change. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version. Where a change materially affects a subscribing institute, we will notify it directly before the change takes effect.
17. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with them.
