Academic structure
Academic years, boards, standards, subjects, chapters and topics. Set the hierarchy once and everything downstream (material, tests, results) inherits it.
The product
Most learning platforms handle content and stop there. Fees still live in a spreadsheet, attendance in a register, parent updates in a WhatsApp group nobody can audit. The EnrollUp LMS covers the academic side and the operational side in one system, on subscription, branded as yours.
In one line
A multi-tenant, subscription learning management system for coaching classes and institutes, covering academic administration, assessment, fees, study material and parent communication, white-labelled to your brand.
It is in live daily use inside Kwickprep Education Services LLP's own online education operation, and at institutes run by Darshit Sir and JP Shah. We are its own first customer, which is the main reason it handles the unglamorous parts.
Modules
Modules are entitlement-gated per institute, so a tuition centre that never sets online tests is not paying for an exam engine or navigating past it.
Academic years, boards, standards, subjects, chapters and topics. Set the hierarchy once and everything downstream (material, tests, results) inherits it.
Batch management and a dedicated timetable builder. Schedules, bulk edits, bulk attendance, and automated class reminders that go out without anyone remembering to send them.
A question bank feeding question papers and tests: assign, take, mark. Homework assignment, submission and checking. Result criteria that compute results rather than making a teacher rebuild a spreadsheet each term.
Plans, orders, invoices, EMI, discount codes and referral codes, with online payment collection. Automated payment reminders and payment requests, so chasing fees is not a monthly manual ritual.
Full WhatsApp Cloud API suite, covering template builder, template categories, auto-replies, campaigns and delivery analytics, plus email, bulletins and contact groups. Every message is logged and attributable.
A media library with bulk creation and assign/unassign by batch, standard or student. Material is tied to the academic hierarchy, so the right students see the right files without manual sharing.
Five roles
Admin, Staff, Teacher, Student and Parent. You control which roles are allowed to log in at your institute.
The whole institute: people, academics, fees, leads, communication, timetables and settings.
Their batches, schedules, attendance, homework checking, marking, study material and parent discussions.
Timetable, study material, homework, tests, results, fees and invoices, and the discussion forum.
Their own login, not a forwarded screenshot. Progress, attendance, fees, and a direct thread to teachers. More on SPRM.
Communication that leaves a record
Most institutes run on personal WhatsApp. It works until a staff member leaves with the group, or a parent says they were never told about the fee deadline and there is no way to check.
The LMS uses the official WhatsApp Cloud API. Messages are sent from your institute's number against approved templates, campaigns are targeted from real student data, and every send is logged with delivery analytics.
WhatsApp conversation charges are billed by Meta directly and are separate from your subscription.
Automation
Scheduled jobs run in the background against your live data. These are not features you configure and hope about. They are running today in our own institute.
AI, where it earns its place
The platform includes AI-assisted Next Best Action on leads, a suggested next step on an enquiry with a record of whether it was actually acted on, and AI help when drafting message templates.
Usage is metered per institute with a monthly quota, so cost is predictable rather than open-ended.
We are deliberate about what we call AI. It suggests and drafts; it does not decide.
White-label
Students and parents should log into your institute, not into a vendor. Each tenant carries its own identity end to end.
Questions
Yes. Each institute gets its own logo, favicon, colour theme, custom domain and SEO settings. Students and parents see your brand, not ours. Menu items you do not use can be hidden entirely.
Yes. Modules are entitlement-gated per institute. Tests, homework, schedules, results, Ask-the-Expert and the discussion forum are switched on individually, so you run and pay for what you actually use.
Yes, through the official WhatsApp Cloud API: template builder, categories, auto-replies, campaigns and delivery analytics. WhatsApp conversation charges are billed by Meta directly and are separate from the subscription.
Five: Admin, Staff, Teacher, Student and Parent. Each role sees a different set of screens, and you control which roles are allowed to log in at your institute.
Yes. Migration from spreadsheets and existing systems is part of how we onboard an institute, covering students, parents, batches, fee history and study material. We scope it during discovery so you know what is involved before committing.
We do not publish a fixed rate. Pricing depends on your institute's size, the modules you enable and your usage, so we issue a written quotation after a short discovery call. No surprises after signing.
We walk you through the working platform with sample data, not a slide deck, and tell you honestly where it fits your institute and where it does not.
