Bespoke education solutions

Keep the one thing you do differently.

Generic platforms force institutes to abandon the thing that makes them work: the fee structure nobody else uses, the batch pattern that breaks standard timetables, the report the trustees expect in a particular shape. We do not ask you to give that up.

Why we can say that

Most "custom" work is configuration.

The platform is multi-tenant by design. Each institute is a tenant with its own settings, not a copy of someone else's install.

That means a great deal of what other vendors quote as bespoke development is, for us, a settings screen. Modules are entitlement-gated per institute, so you switch on what you use and leave the rest off. The platform already supports more than one vertical, so a tuition centre and a school do not have to run the same shape of setup.

  • Your own logo, favicon and theme
  • Your own custom domain
  • Per-institute SEO settings and policies
  • Allowed login roles set per institute
  • Menu items hidden where they do not apply
  • Modules enabled only where you use them

Where your process is genuinely different from anything a setting can express, we build it. We will tell you which of the two you are looking at before you commit.

Scope

What bespoke usually covers.

Institutes rarely need all of this. Most need two or three.

Data migration

Getting your history out of spreadsheets or an existing system and into the platform without losing fee records or student history.

Fee and EMI structures

Instalment plans, sibling and scholarship adjustments, part payments and the collection rules you already follow.

Timetable patterns

Batch and scheduling patterns that break standard tools: rotating slots, shared faculty, split-week batches.

Custom reporting

The formats your trustees or board expect, produced from live data instead of assembled by hand each month.

Roles and permissions

Designing who sees what for counsellors, faculty, accounts and centre heads, so access matches responsibility.

Integrations

Connecting the platform to the tools you already pay for rather than asking you to drop them.

Branded portals

Parent and student portals that carry your name and your colours, on your domain.

Website and platform as one

The public website and the logged-in platform built as one coherent brand, not two unrelated products.

Anything genuinely different

If your process has no equivalent in standard software, tell us in discovery. We will scope it or say no.

Engagement model

Five steps, written down.

  1. Discovery

We map how admissions, fees, timetables, attendance and parent communication actually work at your institute today, and where they break.

  2. Written scope and quote

What is configuration, what is custom build, what is out of scope, and how long each takes. In writing before anyone commits.

  3. Configure and build

Your tenant is set up with your branding, domain, roles, modules and policies. Anything custom is built against the agreed scope.

  4. Migrate and train

Your existing data moves in and we train your staff until they are running the platform without us in the room.

  5. Ongoing support

Admission season is not the time to be alone with a new system. We stay available through the cycles that matter.

Who this is for

Institutes with a process worth keeping.

  • Coaching classes
  • Tuition centres
  • Individual tutors
  • Schools and institutes whose process does not fit standard software

If a standard product genuinely fits you, we will say so. Bespoke is worth paying for only when something about your institute makes it necessary.
