Education-first approach
Every decision starts with what it does for teaching and learning, not what it does for a feature list.
About us
When we started Kwickprep, we were focused on what mattered most, helping students learn and supporting their growth. Like many educators and institutes, we managed everything with what we had: spreadsheets for admissions and fees, WhatsApp for communication, Google Drive for sharing materials, and a lot of late-night hustle.
That friction is why EnrollUp exists. We did not set out to build software. We set out to stop losing evenings to reconciling fee sheets and chasing parents across three apps. What we built to fix our own institute became the platform we now run for others.
Who we are
At EnrollUp, We amplify your institution's positive reputation and reach a broader audience. We empower tutors and coaching classes by enhancing the student experience and increasing enrollment rates.
We are careful about what we claim. The platform is in live use inside Kwickprep's own operation, at Darshit Sir's institute and at JP Shah's institute. That is the honest picture today, and it is the picture we will give you on a call.
To revolutionize the education sector by providing cutting-edge digital solutions that help educational institutes thrive in the digital age while maintaining their core educational values.
To become the leading digital transformation partner for educational institutes globally, making quality education more accessible and institutes more successful.
What we hold to
Every decision starts with what it does for teaching and learning, not what it does for a feature list.
We tell you what is live, what is on the roadmap and what we cannot do. In writing, before you commit.
New technology only earns a place when it removes real work from your day.
We are not built for one-off projects. We stay through migration, training and the seasons after.
The point of better admin is more time for students. That is the test we apply.
Structure
EnrollUp is a division of Kwickprep Education Services LLP. The distinction is simple and worth stating plainly.
This is why our roadmap is grounded. Whatever we ship, we run ourselves first.
When we say a feature is needed, it is usually because it was missing in our own institute last Tuesday. And when we say something is on the roadmap rather than ready, it is because we have tried to use it ourselves and know it is not.
Who is behind this
One has run the classroom and the institute. The other has built the software. EnrollUp is what happens when those two people work in the same room.
Co-Founder. Over 20 years in the education sector.
Kajal is an educator first. She has taught, and she has also done everything around the teaching: filling a batch, chasing a fee that is three months late, calming a parent who thinks their child is being overlooked, working out whether next term's numbers actually add up.
That second list is the part nobody warns a teacher about. You start an institute because you are good at teaching, and then discover that most of your week goes on admissions, money and difficult conversations.
She sets what the platform has to do for an institute before a line of it gets written, because she has felt the absence of every one of those things.
Co-Founder, Ed-Tech.
Computer engineering, plus an MBA in Information Technology and System Management. Mihir owns the platform and the build: the LMS, SPRM, the Toolkit and the infrastructure underneath them.
His background is IT consultancy and project delivery rather than pure product, which shows in how EnrollUp is built. Things are made to be run by a small team with no technical staff, not to demo well.
He is also co-founder of Kwickprep, so the software he writes gets used by his own colleagues on Monday morning, and he hears about it directly when it does not work.
