Proof, honestly presented
We rebuilt our own institute's website and measured everything.
Kwickprep is our own online education business. We rebuilt its website for search engines and AI assistants, then read the numbers from Google Search Console and GA4 rather than guessing.
Read this before you read the tables: this is an early-stage site. The absolute numbers are modest, roughly 100 to 150 clicks a month. What follows are rates of change on a small base, not a big-traffic story. We publish it because the cause and effect is clean and because we would rather show you a real, small, verified result than a large unverifiable one.
- Numbers from Search Console and GA4
- Windows stated for every figure
- Our own site, so we can show the workings
Why our own institute first
We experimented on ourselves before selling to anyone.
Kwickprep is Kwickprep Education Services LLP's own online education business. EnrollUp is a division of the same LLP.
That means we had one education website where we could try things, get them wrong, and pay for it ourselves. No client to apologise to. Every change went onto our own pages first, and we kept the measurement running throughout so we could tell which changes did something and which did nothing.
It also means we can show you the numbers at all. Most agencies cannot publish client data. We can publish ours.
Kwickprep
The teaching business. Real students, real pages, real search competition.
EnrollUp
The technology and services division of the same LLP. What worked on Kwickprep is what we offer other institutes.
The centrepiece
The indexing sprint.
Pages that are not indexed cannot be found, cited or clicked. We ran a focused sprint to get a batch of real pages into Google's index, and measured the 8 days before against the 8 days after.
| Metric | Before (8 days) | After (8 days) | Change |
|---|---|---|---|
| URLs submitted for indexing | 43 | 43 indexed | 100% of those submitted |
| Pages with zero impressions that became visible | 31 invisible | 31 visible | All 31 |
| Impressions | 211 | 1,507 | 7.1x |
| Clicks | 3 | 33 | 11x |
| Pageviews | 26 | 114 | 4.4x |
Note the base. Three clicks became thirty-three. That is a real multiple and a small number at the same time. Both things are true.
The wider trend
Last 28 days against the 28 days before.
The sprint is one event. This is the broader direction of the site over a longer, rolling window.
| Metric | Prior 28 days | Last 28 days |
|---|---|---|
| Clicks | 35 | 108 |
| Impressions | 877 | 2,569 |
| Average position | 9.7 | 7.8 |
Click-through rate
Improved from a 0.6 to 1.2% band to a 4 to 7% band. The same impressions now produce more visits, which usually means the listing finally describes what the page actually is.
Visitors from India
Grew roughly 3 to 4x from the December 2025 low, from about 32 a month to roughly 120 to 137 a month. Small numbers, correct direction, and the right country for an Indian institute.
Found by AI assistants too
About 7% of visitors arrive from an AI assistant.
Roughly 43 sessions in 28 days came from ChatGPT and Perplexity.
It is a small share of a small number, and we are not going to dress it up as more. What matters is that it is not zero, and that it did not exist before the rebuild.
Parents and students increasingly ask an assistant before they open a search box. They ask which class suits a board, what a syllabus covers, whether an institute is any good. If the assistant has never read your site, your institute is not in that answer, and you never find out you lost the enquiry, because the enquiry never happened.
Being readable and citable by assistants is now part of being findable at all. That is why we treat it as core work rather than an extra.
What we actually built
The inventory behind the numbers.
Rankings follow substance. There is no shortcut where a thin site does well for long.
151 pages
Each one built to answer a real question, not to pad a sitemap.
8 free interactive tools
Things a student or parent can actually use, which is why people link to them.
3 quick tests, 137 questions
Every code, SQL and Pandas answer was verified by actually running it. Not reviewed, not assumed. Executed.
16 subject guides
Depth on what we teach, organised the way a learner moves through it.
14 country and 39 city pages
Because "near me" and NRI searches are how a large share of education demand actually arrives.
DPDP-aligned legal pages
Privacy and terms written to match what the site genuinely does with data.
The 137 machine-verified answers are the quality standard we hold ourselves to. It would have been far faster to publish plausible-looking answers. Running every one of them is the difference between content that survives scrutiny and content that quietly embarrasses you when a student finds the error.
Candour
What this is not.
If we only showed you the multiples, we would be doing the thing we dislike about this industry.
This is not a big-traffic story
Roughly 100 to 150 clicks a month is a modest number in absolute terms. We are reporting an early-stage trajectory and a method, not scale. Anyone showing you 7x without showing you the base is hiding the base.
The base is small, so multiples flatter us
Going from 3 clicks to 33 is an 11x. Going from 3,000 to 33,000 would be far harder. Read every multiple on this page with that in mind.
A good part of this is still brand-driven
People searching for us by name will find us. Winning searches from people who have never heard of us is the harder, slower half of the job, and it is still in progress.
The work is ongoing
These windows are short. Search results move. Some of this will regress, some will compound, and we will report both. If a month is flat, we will say the month was flat.
We do not publish what we cannot verify
You will not find student outcome claims, star ratings or headline visitor counts on this page. Some numbers we have are inflated by automated traffic, so we leave them out rather than pass them off as people.
Want the same work on your institute's site?
We will look at what you have now and tell you plainly whether this is worth doing for you, and roughly how long it would take before anything moves.
