One platform, three ways in.

The LMS and SPRM are not two systems you have to connect. They are modules of the same platform, sharing one set of students, parents, batches and messages. The Toolkit is the easy front door: small tools you can use on their own, branded as yours, before you change anything about how you run the institute.

  • One login, one student record
  • Modules switched on only where you use them
  • White-labelled to your institute

The three products

Pick where you start.

Most institutes begin with one and add the others as they go. Nothing has to be bought together.

How they fit together

Three layers of the same institute.

The Toolkit is the easiest entry and costs you nothing to try. Set your brand up once, use a tool, get something usable the same evening. Nothing to migrate, nothing to roll out to staff.

SPRM captures and keeps the relationship. It catches the enquiry, records every follow-up, gives each parent a real login and keeps the teacher–parent conversation in one auditable place.

The LMS runs the operation: the academic hierarchy, batches and timetables, tests and homework, results, fees and invoicing, study material and communication.

Most institutes start with one and add the others. Because they sit on one platform, adding the next layer is a setting, not a migration project. A student enrolled through SPRM is already the student the LMS timetables and invoices.

Talk through your order of play

Toolkit

The easy front door. Small tools, your branding, output today.

SPRM

The relationship. Enquiries in, parents held, follow-ups recorded.

LMS

The operation. Academics, assessment, fees and communication.

Bespoke

The rest. Where your process genuinely differs, we build it.

White-label and bespoke

It should look like your institute, because it is.

Students and parents log into your brand, not a vendor's. Every tenant carries its own logo, favicon, colour theme, custom domain and SEO settings, and menu items you do not use are hidden entirely. The Toolkit follows the same rule: whatever it produces comes out in your colours with your name on it.

Because the platform is multi-tenant with per-institute modules, themes, domains and menus, a great deal of what looks like custom work is configuration. When something genuinely needs building, we build it and say so in writing before anyone commits.

  • Your domain, your logo, your colours
  • Modules switched on only where you use them
  • Custom workflows where your process is different
  • Migration from spreadsheets and existing systems
How bespoke works

What we will not do

Sell you the whole thing on day one.

An institute that buys every module at once usually uses three of them and resents the rest. We would rather you start with the one sharp problem, prove it works, and add the next layer when it earns its place.

That is also why we only list what works. If something is not live, it is not on the page, so nothing is discovered after signing.

Pricing depends on size, modules and usage, so we quote in writing after a short discovery call rather than publishing a fixed rate.

Not sure which one to start with?

Tell us the problem that is costing you the most time this month. We will point you at the right product, or tell you honestly that we are not the answer.
