Include the country code. Indian numbers work with or without the +91.

Ask for less than you want to. Every extra field loses you enquiries, and you can ask the rest on WhatsApp once they have replied.

What the generated file does and does not do
It validates the required fields and the mobile number in the visitor's browser, then opens WhatsApp with the answers already written into a message. It loads no fonts, no scripts and no images from anywhere, so it works on any host and cannot leak your visitors' details to a third party.
It does not store enquiries. The record is the WhatsApp chat on your phone, which is fine for most institutes and is the reason there is nothing to pay for. If you need a database and reporting, that is what our SPRM does.
The parent must have WhatsApp installed. On a desktop without it, the link opens WhatsApp Web and asks them to scan.
