Where are the hours coming from?
Columns: teacher, day, start time, end time, batch. One row for each session in a normal week. Times can be 16:00 or 4:00 PM.
Workload thresholds
Monthly hours are the weekly hours multiplied by the weeks figure above. 4.33 is a calendar month. Set it to 4 if you teach four weeks and stop.
Pay basis for each teacher
Set the basis and rate for each teacher. Deductions cover advances already paid and unpaid leave, and are taken off the net.
