Do not assume 52 clean weeks

Gujarat schools and classes usually shut for around 21 days at Diwali, typically somewhere between early and mid November, and there is a long summer gap on top of that. Add exam weeks, local festivals and any days the teacher is away.

A plan built on 52 uninterrupted weeks looks comfortable in June and falls apart in December. Enter the real dates.
