Nothing is uploaded
Your parent list and your review link are read by your own browser and stay on your device. The messages are fixed text with your link merged in, not written by a machine. The QR code is drawn on your device too, using the encoder that already ships with our ID Card tool. There is no server and no network call.
Why individual send links and not a broadcast
A WhatsApp broadcast list only reaches contacts who have saved your number, and everyone else is silently dropped with no error. So this prepares each message in your own chat window instead. You press send.
Ask, but never offer anything in exchange
You may ask a parent for an honest review. You may not offer a discount, a gift, extra classes or anything else in return for one, and you may not ask only the parents you expect to say something nice while discouraging the rest. Incentivised and filtered reviews breach Google's policy, and the penalty falls on your listing, not on the parent.
Ask everyone the same way, ask once, and accept whatever they write. A handful of honest four-star reviews is worth more to a new parent than fifty identical five-star ones, which is also the pattern Google looks for.
Your Google review link
Where to find it: sign in to your Google Business Profile, either at business.google.com or by searching your own institute name while signed in. Open your profile, find Read reviews, then Get more reviews. Google shows a short link. Copy it and paste it below. It usually looks like https://g.page/r/ followed by a code.
Your parent list
Only send to parents who have had a genuinely good experience recently. A student who just did well, or a parent who just thanked you, is the right moment.
Pick your message
Six of them, from a single line to a longer one with prompts. Edit any of them. Merge fields: {parent} {name} {link} {institute} {sender} {phone}.
Reception desk poster
A branded A4 poster carrying a QR code that opens your review page. Print it and stand it at the desk.
Scan the printed poster with your own phone once before printing a stack of them. It should open your review box directly.
