How long does an enquiry wait for you?
Response time is the number most closely tied to whether an enquiry becomes an enrolment. Paste when each enquiry came in and when you first replied, and see your average, your worst, and the hours when you are slowest.

Dates can be 2026-07-02 18:40, 02/07/2026 18:40 or 02-07-2026 6:40 PM. Day first, the way it is written in India. Anything we cannot read is listed below rather than quietly dropped.

An enquiry answered in six hours is a poor experience. An enquiry never answered is a parent who decided you were not interested, and who told other parents so. Those rows are counted separately here and put at the top on purpose.
