Paste your marks
Name in the first column, then one column per subject. Columns headed Attendance and Remarks are picked up automatically and kept off the subject table.
The exam
Grade bands
One band per line: grade, lowest percentage, highest percentage. These are yours to set. CBSE puts grade D at 33 to 40 and GSEB puts it at 35 to 40, so there is no single correct default to give you.
Applied top down. The first band a percentage falls into wins. Anything below every band prints as a dash rather than a wrong grade.
Design
Two layouts. Both are A4 portrait at 2480 by 3508, which prints properly at 300 dpi.

The PNG is the main output, because most of this gets sent on WhatsApp. Printing works too: use your browser's print command and only the card on screen is printed.
Nothing is uploaded
The marks and your logo are read by your own browser and drawn onto the card on your device. Nothing is sent to us and nothing is stored.
A report card names a child and carries their marks. Send it to that child's parent only. Putting a batch of cards into a group chat is the sort of mistake that is very hard to walk back.
