Nothing is uploaded
Your student list is read by your own browser and the whole schedule is worked out on your device. There is no server, no account and no AI. The slot sheet, the CSV and the calendar file are all made locally and saved straight to your downloads.
Why individual invites and not a broadcast
A WhatsApp broadcast list only reaches contacts who have saved your number, and everyone else is dropped without telling you. Each parent also needs their own slot time in the message, which a broadcast cannot do. So this prepares each invite in your own chat window instead. You press send.
When is the meeting?
Breaks
No meeting will be placed across a break, and none will be cut in half by one.
Students and parent mobiles
Open your sheet, select the rows, copy, and paste below. A student name column and a mobile column are enough. A parent name column is used if you have one.
The invite message
Merge fields available: {name} {parent} {date} {slot} {start} {mins} {venue} {institute} {phone}. The slot is different for every parent.
Does everyone fit?
