Nothing is uploaded, and nothing is written by a machine
Every paragraph here was written by hand and is fixed text. The tool substitutes each student's own figures into it, which is all it does. There is no AI, no server and no network call. Your list is read by your own browser and stays on your device.
Why individual send links and not a broadcast
A WhatsApp broadcast list only reaches contacts who have saved your number, and everyone else is silently dropped. Each update is different per student anyway, which a broadcast cannot handle. So this prepares each message in your own chat window. You press send.

Columns used: student name, parent name, mobile, attendance, marks, rank. Anything missing simply reads "not recorded" rather than breaking.

Tick the ones you want, fill in the boxes, and move them into the order you prefer. Merge fields per student: {name} {parent} {attendance} {marks} {rank}.
Send and download
Some parents prefer an image to a wall of text. The PNG button on each row makes one, and the zip makes all of them.
