Paste your marks sheet
Select the rows in Excel, copy, and paste below. Keep the header row. The first text column is read as the student name. A column named Roll, Total, Percentage or Max is used as such; everything else numeric is treated as a subject.

These decide what counts as a problem. Change them to match your paper.
Used when your sheet has no Max column of its own. Any mark above this is flagged.
A stated percentage within this much of the computed one is accepted. Totals must match exactly.

We guess from the header. Correct it here if the guess is wrong. Nothing is checked until the columns are right.

The checker does arithmetic, not judgement. It tells you a row does not add up. Deciding which number is the wrong one is still your job, and it should be, because only you have the answer script.
