The whole batch of ID cards, done this afternoon.

Paste your students from Excel, drop in the folder of photos, and download fronts and backs at real card size. They fit an ordinary card holder, they carry your logo, and every card has a QR code.

  • Photos never leave your device

Add your students

Five columns: name, class or batch, roll number, parent mobile, blood group. Only the name is needed, leave the rest blank if you do not have them.

Add the photos

Select all the photos at once. We match them to students by the file name, so "Priya Sharma.jpg" finds Priya Sharma. Anyone without a photo gets a neat initials badge instead.

Design

Pick one. The preview updates with your first student.

Shape and extras

Both are CR80, the standard 85.6mm by 54mm card, at 300 DPI. They fit an ordinary lanyard holder.

The QR holds plain text: your institute name, the student name and the roll number. Nothing else, and no link to anywhere.

Preview

Front and back of the first student, at full resolution.

Download

One zip with every front and back, numbered 01-front.png, 01-back.png and so on, so they stay in order when you send them to a printer.

This is children's data

Every card carries a child's photograph, and the back carries a parent's mobile number. That is exactly the sort of file that should not be sitting in a shared WhatsApp group or on a public drive. Keep the zip somewhere only your staff can reach, hand the cards out in person, and delete the working files when you are done.

Nothing here is uploaded. The photos are read by your own browser and drawn onto the cards on your device. There is no account, no server and no storage on our side.

These cards use the logo, colours and contact details from your Brand Kit. Set that up and every other tool we release picks it up automatically.
