The fee
Admission or registration fee is charged once, on the first due date. Discount applies to the course fee only.
The instalments
There is no standard coaching fee calendar in India. The big institutes anchor instalments to the admission or class start date, so that is what this does. Pick your own start date and interval.
Late payment
Leave this off if you do not charge a late fee. It only changes the extra column below, never the plan itself.
What the parent pays

Balance is what is still owed after that instalment. The last instalment absorbs any rounding, so the instalments always add up to the payable amount exactly.

Plain text for WhatsApp, a CSV for your records, or an image with your logo on it.
Nothing is uploaded
This calculator runs entirely inside your browser. No fee figure, student name or date is sent to us or to anyone else, and there is no account or storage behind it. Close the tab and it is gone.
It is arithmetic, not advice. Check the totals against your own fee policy and any GST position before you send a plan to a parent.
