Columns in this order: name, source, date received, date first contacted, number of follow-ups, status. Only the name, source, date received and status are needed. Status can be enquiry, contacted, demo, admitted or lost.
What each status means here
| Status | How far it got |
|---|---|
| enquiry | Came in. Nothing has happened since. |
| contacted | Somebody called or messaged back. |
| demo | Attended a demo or trial class. |
| admitted | Paid and joined. This is the only win. |
| lost | Said no, or went cold for good. |
A status the tool does not recognise is counted as an enquiry that never moved, so nobody quietly disappears from the totals.
