This lives in one browser, on one device
The register is stored in this browser's local storage under the key enrollup.enquiries.v1. It is not sent anywhere and we cannot see it. That also means it is not on your phone, not on the front desk computer, and not on your colleague's laptop.
Clearing your browsing data, using private mode, switching browsers or reinstalling will take it with them. So export the CSV at the end of every week and keep the file. Treat this as a diary that happens to sort itself, not as a backed-up system.
