The DPDP Act, 2023 requires an institute to hold verifiable consent from a parent or guardian before it processes a child's data, and to be able to produce it. This is a plain register for keeping that record: who consented, to what, when, and how it was obtained.

Read this before you use it
You are the Data Fiduciary, and this is your own record. A parent gives consent to your institute, not to EnrollUp. The DPDP Act puts the duty to obtain, record and honour that consent on the institute that holds the relationship with the family. This tool does not take any of that on, and using it does not by itself make you compliant.
Everything is stored in this browser only. The register lives in local storage under the key enrollup.consentregister.v1. Nothing is uploaded to us, and there is no account or backup. Clearing site data or moving to another computer loses it. Export the CSV and keep that export as the record you would actually produce if asked.
