The batch
Fee per student per month. If you charge a course fee for the whole year, divide it by the number of months the batch runs and use that.
Default is 10, not 12. Schools in Gujarat close for around 21 days in November, and there are long summer and festival gaps. Assuming 12 months overstates the annual figure.
Monthly costs
Everything this batch costs you in a month. Add or remove lines. If you pay a teacher by the hour, work out the monthly total and enter that.
What a discount would cost
This is the calculation owners most often get wrong. A 10% discount does not cost 10% of profit, it costs 10% of revenue, and profit is a much smaller number.

Run it a second time with pessimistic numbers: fewer students, higher costs, a couple of months of fees written off. If the batch still works on those, it is a real batch.
